At the beginning, you and J agree on three measures of progress that matter most for your stage. These might be customer conversations, users, revenue, product usage, research milestones, or other meaningful goals.

Send a short progress report every week. Share what you accomplished, what did not work, and where you need help. Meet one-to-one with the J team every other week and with the whole cohort each month.

The aim is meaningful progress, not activity for its own sake. The program is designed to accommodate founders who are early in their journey or have other commitments.
